  • You may be asked to see a primary care doctor or a specialist for clearance for anesthesia prior to your preoperative appointment with our office. This is for your own safety. If you are referred to a specialist prior to surgery, that office will contact you to schedule an appointment
  • You will come back to our office within 30 days of your scheduled surgery to go over clearances, update your medical information, and you will be given a PRE-SURGERY CHECKLIST. PLEASE bring your medication BOTTLES with you to your preoperative appointment in our office.
  • You will be given the details of when and where to arrive for surgery. For parking convenience we recommend that you arrive in a small vehicle
